[outages] Network Solutions DNS Stuffed?

We have seen it across many Network Solutions DNS servers clients are using.

Specifically:

ns10 and ns11
ns31 and ns32
ns53 and ns54
ns97 and ns98

I think there have been a few more, checking with staff, so wider spread than just a couple of their dns servers.
