[outages] IPv6 access to Hurricane Electric's home page down?

Thanks. By the time you checked it was already back up. Outage time was
about 35 to 40 minutes.

A contact offline confirmed that ipv6.cablelabs.com was singlehomed (in
terms of IPv6) to HE, so that explains the concurrence of events.

I suspect HE had an internal issue.

Central.

Traceroutes show different things, but basically it's getting stuck
somewhere in HE's core.
