[outages] Network Solutions NSXX.WORLDNIC.COM DNS servers slow or don't respond

We saw a bunch of our URL monitoring fail for lack of response to queries, all zones were hosted on the WorldNic/NetSol servers.

Anyone else seeing massive DNS issues this morning, particularly with Network Solutions' "hosted zone" servers?

Seems to be affecting far more than just my personal domain:

I don't believe any of these NSXX.WORLDNIC.COM<http://NSXX.WORLDNIC.COM> servers are anycasted...  is anyone else having trouble?
