[outages] Google servers down for Android

Sign in error for my VZW Droid Mini. Google Voice is queuing text messages (unsure about voice calls) and Hangouts is continually trying to send the message.

Nothing showing on google's apps status dashboard.

Google voice doesn't seem to work and I get the "please try again later" message when trying to login to my Google account on the device.
