[outages] www.i3d.net is down (another AAAA fiasco)

[Aloiamoa Anesi]

I see a lot of these when sites are transitioning to v6. The host interface
is given a v6 address and the AAAA record is put in, but the server process
hasn't been bound to the v6 address.
