Update from PacWest NOC:

Master ticket 293514 was opened to track this matter.



At this time we see traffic returning to normal levels. We do not have the
"all clear" as of yet however.


We are not seeing any inbound traffic come through on our end yet.
Hopefully this resolves shortly.
