I was having resolution issues from 4.2.2.2 to our eNom hosted records around 9:00 AM PST. Seems to be OK now.

Looks like eNom is fairly hosed at the moment.

No connections to their API, website down.  Our logs say it started around 08:51 and is still ongoing.
