[outages] Intermittent Facebook problems in Southeast Asia?

I'm currently seeing this intermittently from Facebook in Southeast Asia (it doesn't appear to be MITMed, the cert checks out):

Is anyone else seeing similar issues with Facebook in Southeast Asia, or in any other region?
