It seems that www.openssl.org is down.

** server can't find www.openssl.org: NXDOMAIN

openssl.org redirects to www.openssl.org which doesn't help. The IP must be
different for openssl.org and www.openssl.org too since adding
194.97.152.144 www.openssl.org causes a redirect loop.
