those that are interested in getting a list of NTP amplifiers in their network can e-mail ntp-scan at puck.nether.net with their AS number in the subject line and get a list of NTP and DNS amplifiers in your network.

As of 2014-03-07 there were:

127,621 hosts that responded to "ntpdc -n -c monlist 192.0.2.1” (MONLIST query)
4,355,475 hosts that responded to "ntpq -c rv 192.0.2.1” (version query)

You can also search any /22 up to /32 online at the OpenNTPProject.org website.
