[outages] secureserver.net down

We are seeing issues with secureserver.net in the midwest. Symptoms include slow response times, DNS timeouts, and registrar functions seem to be unavailable.  Whois database appears to be impacted as well.  Is anyone else experiencing these symptoms...??
