They seem to be back up and running. Can anyone else confirm?

Based on customer complaints and looking at twitter it seems that GoDaddy is having DNS issues. Here in the US using 8.8.8.8 and 4.2.2.2 it is working for me. Using local resolvers in Israel it is not.
