[outages] Verizon Wireless

I have seen this a couple of times in the Ohio area over the past couple of days as well. I thought it was related to an increase of traffic on their network for some reason.

Seems that verizon wireless is having a issue with Terminating phone calls 
their SS7 link is having an issue and its playing an audio recording "all circuits are busy..."
