[outages] 11 North Pearl, Albany, NY - Power issue

All generators should be fully exercised for 24 hour periods once a year.

I learned this the hard way during the blackout in 2003 when one of our
roof top generators overheated and caught fire.

It hadn't run for more then a couple of hours each year during annual power
downs prior to this.
