[outages] Level3/TW Telecom issues?

Seeing similar impact on a circuit in the Lexington, KY area. Also hearing unconfirmed rumor that Level 3 back bone engineering has been engaged.

Can confirm here as well..  I'm in Nashville, TN,  and work remotely, home base is in Milwaukee, and I'm seeing 35% loss

Yes, have noticed some packet loss as well. Out of midwest, east, west, NYC as well.
