[outages] Level3/TW Telecom issues?

Anybody else having complete outage on Level3? We lost complete internet in DFW and SAN

And their noc says:

Some folks I've spoken with there say DWDM problems, other say peering.   I'm sure someone knows, it's just not the NOC.
