[outages] Potential fiber cut in Metro Atlanta / Suwanee

We are seeing full outages across our XO and CenturyLink lines out of the
QTS Suwanee facility. We've heard they both may be related to a large Zayo
outage/cut.

Does anyone else have infrastructure in this area or with these carriers
that has any additional information? We are working with the carriers and
facility to get more details.
