[outages] FIOS in Brooklyn/NYC?

my FiOS connection is also affected in Brooklyn / Sunset park section (mid
tier business account)

called FiOS and they are dispatching a tech, they dont see anything wrong

i have a few fios customers who i see have no issues, so i guess its very
local ?
