[outages] Verizon BGP issues?

Seeing a lot of packet loss/latency across Level 3 & Cogent routes in the north-east now, anyone else?

We have a number of tunnels for SIP traffic with Verizon at 2 locations - not seeing issues at either and all of the tunnels appears to be up and stable.
