Well, this seems to point to the problem:
Service Unavailable - DNS failure
The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again
later.

So... (one of the following)
* Their single internal DNS server died
* They lost connectivity to their DNS server(s)
* Someone introduced bad data into a zone file
And... (one of the following)
* It's not being monitored
* Their monitoring doesn't page
* The person(s) being paged don't have service, don't care, or are napping
