[outages] Nation wide t-mobile inbound and outbound

Speaking as an American myself, nationwide means the USA.  Because we Americans are all pompous, arrogant and self-righteous there can be no other definition.

On this small blue marble upon which we live there is America and not America.

And if anybody disagrees with me then I shall go get my gun and my confederate flag. 




Disclaimer: I hope nobody takes the above seriously. However it is kind of a sorry state of affairs that many Americans actually do think this way.  but not all of us.
