[outages] Problems with CenturyLink MPLS in Vegas

I can confirm I have a DIA in Vegas this is not only affecting MPLS appears to be a larger scale backbone issue as our CL is down.

I heard from the grapevine that CL took a dump in LV.

Not just MPLS affected either.
