[outages] Fiber Cut in California?

Zayo is telling me they have a major fiber cut between LAX and DFW.  We are being impacted by this on their ELAN/Emesh and IP internet Transit product.

Don’t know if any other provide is effected.

Is anyone aware of a fiber cut in CA this morning affecting routes to PHX & DFW? I've seen a lot of complaints from customers and some updates from IO Datacenter  out in Scottsdale mentioning a fiber cut.
