[outages] Any insight on the AT&T outage?

That was part of it. CA, FL, TX, and NY were all impacted, some lost
cell phone service while others lost internet. Even their incoming email
servers were down due to DNS lookup failures.

It seems to have stabilized today, but still no explanation other then a
few sporadic news stories.
