[outages] Google Drive Issues!

Fri Oct 9 16:19:10 EDT 2015

Per Google support, they are experiencing a global outage affecting all
Drive services. The tech I spoke to indicated they "hoped" to have it
resolved within he next hour, but was not able to provide a firm estimate.
