[outages] Lighpath down completely NYC / NJ

[Bill Hazard]

We are without Lightpath service in Neptune NJ since around 4.
Downdetector for optimum shows a serious local outage:
https://downdetector.com/status/optimum-cablevision/map

We can't get through to them.  Any info appreciated.
