[outages] CenturyLink SIP Outage

CenturyLink VoIP repair (800-878-7543) confirms that they have a Sylantro SIP platform outage under way, after I waited an hour on hold. Evidently they are saying all inbound and outbound calling via that platform is impacted. The master ticket was opened at 4:31am CT.


For us, our symptoms are as stated below. Evidently our outbound and toll free isn't using this specific platform.

We (Midwest manufacturing corporation)  noticed at 6am US Eastern Time that our inbound calling to all our local telephone numbers via SIP is failing. Our TNs are in area codes in IN, TN, PA, MS, TX, CA, OR, NH are impacted. 


Outbound calling and inbound toll free via the same SIP trunks are fine. Uncertain when the problem started. Problem appears the same whether routing calls via Chicago or Houston trunks. 


Anyone else seeing this?
