[outages] ATT down Tampa

Would you think that this is related to the Frontier take over of VZ facilities in those areas?  I have AT&T MIS customers that lost their BGP sessions at the same time.

We have a client in Largo that lost both ATT & CenturyLink MPLS at the same time for ~6a EDT, CL is indicating a widespread outage for FL/TX/CA although we haven't seen any other impact.
