[outages] packet loss to Google?

An MTR would be rather useful.

fwiw I'm not seeing any problems from Abovenet in the Chicago Loop over ipv4 or Comcast on the south side of Chicago over ipv6 just hitting wherever google.com <http://google.com/> resolves to.

That particular IP address, though, seems to be having some trouble - i'm seeing ~10% loss.
