[outages] hibernia atlantic - new york - london fiber cut

Hello

We've been experiencing a service degradation between New York and London
and our provider has informed us that this was due a fiber cut between
North America and Europe.

Anyone else experiencing this service degradation or aware of a fiber cut
on hibernia atlantic?
