[outages] Cisco CCO logins not working

Heh, after not working for the past hour and 15 minutes, I've finally been able to get in, as well.

I am getting the same error message in firefox but when I try it in Chrome it seems to work.

My colleagues and I are unable to login on Cisco.com.

I'm taken to an error page displaying this:
Oracle Access Manager Operation Error
The WebGate plug-in is unable to contact any Access Servers.
Contact your website administrator to remedy this problem.
