Outage appears to be major for CenturyLink.  They're not releasing a master ticket number either.

We have confirmed there is a major outage impacting multiple customers, including your location. This message is to notify you of the outage and to let you know that further information will be forthcoming as it becomes available. At this time there is no estimated time of repair, however, there are technicians working to isolate the issue now.

This outage has been ongoing since 10:20 AM EDT.

Is anyone else seeing issues with CenturyLink in the U.P. of Michigan?  We have T-1 circuits down across the U.P. all with CenturyLink and CenturyLink is stating it to be a transport problem.  Local technicians are thinking a fiber cut further upstream.
