Here is the “latest” from a couple of hours ago (still very vague):

The higher level trouble is still under investigation. One of the LECs is seeing AIS from the CFA with the other LEC. We will provide further information as it comes available.

Anyone else know anything?  I’ve heard T-1s down, phones out, other local carriers completely down, long distance down, etc.

We've heard through the grapevine that an OC-192 in Chicago is down, but no other info.

Anymore information on this? I have a Connection out of
Vegas that has been down since about 9:20am. I've seen some
sporatic returns, but nothing beyond 5mins
