Anyone see any issues in the RTP area this morning (15 August) around 
1am Eastern? Our TWTC/Level3 bandwidth graphs dropped around 1:10am 
Eastern and several remote monitors reported reachability issues, but no 
actual circuit or BGP issues recorded on our equipment.
