[outages] Level3 circuit issues in SoCal

Same; San Diego area fiber connection.  Does not seem to be affecting our legacy TW phone circuits.  Happened about an hour ago and has just started again.  Was about to open a ticket.

Are anybody else experiencing issues with Level3 in the Southern California region?
We are seeing constant intermittent outages on our internet and VPLS circuit.
