[outages] SalesForce Outage

[Jason Robinson]

SalesForce appears to be suffering major degradation of their NA instances.
According to them there is a major backbone issue.

Anyone have any more information?

The Salesforce Technology Team is aware of an external backbone routing
issue impacting communication to North American instances. At this time,
customers may experience intermittent errors, slow performance, or an
inability to log into the Salesforce service. We are monitoring the
situation closely, and will provide updates as they become available.
