[outages] Fiber cut between Houston and Austin

One of our 10G backbone providers has also reported a fiber cut in the area. The issue started at 10:45 today. No recent updates from them.

Our provider is reporting a cut somewhere between between Houston and Austin that is affecting one of our metro circuits.  Anyone else experiencing issues in the area?
