[outages] ADMIN: Reminder: read before you write

While we're pleased that we have such a helpful and well informed group
of denizens on the list, we encourage you to check the rest of a thread when
possible before replying -- there were 6 or 7 postings about the Gcal outage
Thursday that were effectively identical.

Remember: many subscribers direct the outages@ mailing list to a cellphone,
for faster response time, so read before you write, move discussions off to
outages-discussion@, and avoid "meetoos" -- and postings that will encourage
those, when you can.

We now return you to our regular lurching bedlam, already in progress.
