[outages] Comcast metro eth down in Chicago

Hi folks,

We seem to be experiencing an outage of Comcast metro ethernet at Savvis's
CH3 datacenter starting from about 1:30CDT, with traffic getting into
Comcast's backbone but not over to us. Anyone know if a fiber got cut?
