[outages] Comcast Voice outage

We are seeing this as well in Western KY. We get a mess that the number has been disconnected on inbound calling. Outbound is dead silence.

multiple reports from multiple customers of ours who have comcast voice service. all inbound calls to affected customers dont reach our gear

tried to call 800 391 3000 and cant even get through to there, audible error message is played

anyone else seeing this?
