[outages] cisco webex cluster outage

Cisco Jabber connecting to 66.163.32.0/19 “Cisco Webex LLC” was very hit & miss this morning for most of our ~100 users. Wireshark showed the connection just stopped responding seemingly randomly.
Errors reported around 8:30am Pacific.


Ah!  https://twitter.com/WebEx reports it as a DOS. Latest shows: “Good News! We’re making progress in resolving the WebEx & Spark outages. Our top engineers continue working toward full service restoration.”

Our IT staff notified us around 945am CDT it was down.  No ETR provided.

I verified I cannot start a new meeting at this time.
