[outages] Verizon FIOS outage in Virginia / Reston, Herndon, Great Falls areas

Anyone with more information on the ongoing outage? Has been ongoing since
about 7pm yesterday apparently. No internet, TV or telephone service.

Latest info I can find indicates ETA of 12 noon restore, but it has been
pushed back several times already...
