[outages] HTTPv6 timeouts (10+ seconds) to www.linkedin.com

Anyone else seeing long page load times for www.linkedin.com?  Downdetector
shows it (http://downdetector.com/status/linkedin).

>From 7:07 pm (U.S. Central) until 7:49 pm and then again from 7:52 to 8:12
pm our monitoring system was telling us that HTTPv6 requests to
www.linkedin.com were taking more than 10 seconds.  Below is a traceroute
from our monitoring server and a manual wget.  I saw similar 10+ second
times with IPv4, too.
