[outages] Meraki Wireless Outage?

We didn't have a problem here.

I know from testing that if your AP's can't talk to Meraki for a short time
(24hours or so) it doesn't cause an outage it just stops you making changes
to the AP's.  This assumes your not going back to Meraki for
authentication.
