“Customer Status Update: Customer teams we experienced an issue with a high speed circuit that supports the backbone of our network between Philadelphia and New York. For the time being we optimized traffic by rerouting it until the high speed circuit problem is permanently resolved.



Customer team there is a possibility of higher latency or some packet loss until that high speed link is restored.”

Anybody noticing GCX / Reliance connectivity issues? We’re seeing major packet loss in the Greater Philadelphia area at the moment, haven’t been able to get ahold of an ISP tech as of yet.
