Right... because one VoIP provider getting DDOS'ed means that the entire
national phone system is under attack. That would be the equivalent of some
kid smashing a Bell-owned payphone back in the 1990's. It causes a denial
of service for would-be users of that phone, but it's not like the entire
phone network goes down with it.
