[outages] tmobile - los angeles, ca

Having trouble reaching tmobile customer service (it just rings, goes through a crazy techno song and then drops the call) from Verizon and tmobile. Data issues happening, not sure if they are linked.
 
 
Anyone experiencing the same ?
