[outages] Level 3 in FL

We’re seeing this as well. Averaging 25% loss and 315ms RTT on a VPN tunnel between Pittsburgh and Fort Lauderdale. Entire path on TWTelecom (Level 3).

Also had a site in Tampa on Brighthouse go down for about 10 minutes around 1530 EDT.

Experiencing the same nightmare here, in Tampa.  However, customers reporting issues nationwide, here’s part of a trace from Philly Comcast to us where it dies at L3 peering point:

we are getting reports from multiple customers mostly comcast that connectivity through level 3 is full of packet loss.
