Either they fixed it about 0957 EST or its coming in waves. All from
Atlanta, Ga on ATT:

0956 EST
ns1: 47ms reply
ns2: no response
ns3: 1200ms reply
ns4: no response
ns5: 1400ms reply

my second try a minute or so later was much improved
0958 EST
ns1: 44ms reply
ns2: 50ms reply
ns3: 30ms reply
ns4: 41ms reply
ns5: 37ms reply

1001 EST
ns1-4: all replying within 35-45ms
