Anyone else seeing Comcast down in California?
We are seeing all our Comcast connections offline.

I haven't heard of any issues this morning. Can you be more specific? I'll
see what I can find out.
Thanks,
John

John,
Our offices in Sunnyvale are offline completely. I don?t have further
details yet, waiting for our remote team.

"Offline completely", sadly, doesn't tell me if the issue is lack of
sync/signal, packet loss, some IP addresses can't be reached, or what.
As a comparison base, Mountain View next door seems up. That said:
There was maintenance performed on 11/14 01:15 PST (UTC-0800) at the
head end to introduce 4 downstream freqs (531/543/549/555MHz). This
same maintenance was performed ~3 weeks earlier (10/20) and rolled back.
The problem manifested both times as extremely bad packet loss (up to
30% in some cases). In this week's case, it lasted until 11/15 03:30
PST (~26 hours), although I have reports that other areas of MV were
affected until 14:45. I don't know what was done on 11/15 to rectify
the problem but I can tell that SNR and power levels for 573MHz (oddly
enough) greatly improved after repair. Some other areas of Mountain
View reported the issue lasting until 11/15 14:45.
I only mention this because possibly the same is being done in SV. CSRs
generally don't have knowledge of this being done, although eventually
if it's widespread enough + enough calls come in, they start reporting
it on 800-COMCAST as an automatic "there is a service outage in your
area" message -- such was the case for me.
HTH, albeit anecdotal and not directly for SV.

Greetings, anyone else experiencing issues with Incapsula hosted sites routing through Chicago? Our customers have reported issues with the following site:
www.dotloop.com
www.menards.com
www.foremoststar.com
It appears we have an asymmetric routing issue that is confusing Incapsula. Disabling all sessions with Incapula, including MLPE seems to have allowed us to work around the issue. Incapsula support has not been very supportive.
